AquaFix Pools-Service & Cancellation Policy
1. Payments and Refunds
All payments made for pool cleaning and maintenance services are non-refundable. Once payment is processed for a service period, no refunds or partial credits will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Late or Missed Payments
Payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule. Late or missed payments will result in a temporary suspension of service until full payment is received. AquaFix Pools reserves the right to discontinue service entirely if payment is not made within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Cancellations
Customers may cancel their monthly service plan at any time. However, if cancellation occurs before the end of the current billing cycle, the customer remains responsible for payment of the full month’s service. Service will continue through the end of the paid period, and no prorated refunds or deductions will be provided.
4. Cooperation and Conduct
A respectful and safe working environment is essential. AquaFix Pools reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any property if a customer or anyone on the premises is uncooperative, uses abusive or threatening language, or behaves in a manner that puts our employees or technicians at risk. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued for any remaining services in the billing cycle.

By using our services, customers agree to abide by this policy and understand that continued service is based on mutual cooperation, timely payments, and professionalism.
